SAMI Machinery assumes the role of importer in the Baltics and expands its dealer network
SAMI Machinery has made a strategic decision to assume the role of importer for SAMI products in the Baltics. With this step, we aim to be even closer to our customers and partners, accelerate market development, and ensure a more unified and stronger service and sales capability across the entire region.
What does this change mean?
Previously, SAMI Masinakeskus operated as the importer of SAMI products in the Baltics. As a result of the newly implemented change, the responsibility and role of importer will now fall under SAMI Machinery.
This means:
- SAMI Machinery will lead the import and regional development of SAMI products in the Baltics.
- The sales and service network will expand and become more diverse to better cover different customer segments and regions.
- The focus will be on a stronger presence in tractor and agricultural machinery sales channels, ensuring that SAMI solutions are more easily accessible to customers.
Expansion of the dealer network
As part of the strategic decision, we are expanding the SAMI dealer network by adding tractor and machinery dealers. The goal is to offer customers:
- better geographical coverage across the Baltics,
- more choice when it comes to sales and service partners,
- a faster and smoother sales and after-sales process.

The future role of SAMI Masinakeskus
Although SAMI Masinakeskus will no longer continue as the importer, it will remain within the SAMI network as an important and strengthened partner. Going forward, SAMI Masinakeskus will continue as an official dealer in Estonia and will also serve as a SAMI Machinery elite partner.
Elite partner status means that SAMI Masinakeskus ensures:
- an especially extensive and comprehensive display of SAMI products,
- high-quality customer service,
- professional after-sales service and technical support,
- experienced experts who help customers find the most suitable solutions and ensure a smooth user experience.
